CAN_GetValue() with PCAN_CHANNEL_CONDITION modified to match the Win32 API. Now possible results are PCAN_CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE, PCAN_CHANNEL_AVAILABLE, and PCAN_CHANNEL_OCCUPIED. Simplification made to clarify some misunderstandings
