PEAK-System With New Owner

2024-10-04 • HMS takes over PEAK-System Technik GmbH as of November 1st


HMS Networks AB, a global provider of industrial information and communication technology based in Halmstad, Sweden, has entered into an agreement on October 1, 2024 to fully acquire PEAK-System Technik GmbH. The takeover will take place on November 1st, 2024. We will continue to offer our customers the usual quality of our products and service.
