Version 8.14.0 of our PCAN-Linux driver for CAN and CAN FD interfaces is now available. The package includes an update of the PCAN-Basic API for Linux to version 4.5.4.
In addition to potential bug fixes and a significant improvement in robustness, this version also includes support for DKMS, reading the part number of the equipment used, and extends the use of the old API. In particular, the libpcanbasic library has evolved towards greater and better integration with Windows world.
