Please note: As a downstream company operating beyond the metal stage we do not have obligations under the Conflict Minerals Regulation. However, we take our commitment to responsible sourcing and transparency very seriously.
The document contains our declaration on the REACH Regulation from 2017 as well as a current amendment.
Please note: We regularly review the SVHC list of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). In case of an extension, we need several months together with our suppliers for a review and assessment of all our products. We then update the amendment to our declaration on the REACH Regulation. Therefore, it is possible that recently added substances are not included in our amendment.
Please note: Our certificate of RoHS 2 conformity includes the EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) as well as the Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 of the Commission (amending Annex II). The Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 is sometimes also named RoHS 3. However, RoHS 3 is not an official designation.
