These values are flags. There can be combined with each other

DateInFileName	The name of the trace files contains the date the trace was started.
MultiFiles	The traced data is spread over multiple files with a maximum size of TraceSize MB each.
OverrideExisting	If a file with the same name of the trace to create already exists, it is overwritten.
SingleFile	A single file is generated until it size reaches TraceSize MB.
TimeInFileName	The name of the trace files contains the time the trace was started.
UseDataLength	The trace file shows the column "Data Length" ('l') instead of the column "Data Length Code" ('L').
