Sets the counter of transmitted messages to 0.

Remarks

Each time the message associated to a Broadcast object is sent, causes its Counter to be incremented in 1.

  Note

A message is considered "sent", when it is successfully enqueued for transmission by calling the native method Write. This includes cases where writing a message ends with a bus error, excepting the BusOff error.
