Cannot connect to PEAK USB in Explorer

I cannot see the PEAK USB device in Explorer. It worked fine on my old computer (XP), but I recently upgraded to a slightly newer one (Win7) and I cannot see it in Add Connection.

The USB device works just fine in PcanView and I can see it in the control panel (driver, but it will not show up in PCAN Explorer, any ideas what I may be missing? I have installed/re-installed the drivers, but cannot figure it out.

Pleasye send the PCAN-Explorer Version Information and the Serial number to - we will send you a solution (if possible)
