Please correct J2534 problem

Hello,
I've installed PCAN driver successfully, but every time I insert PCAN device into PC USB port and run RAFT v4.37.02 on my Windows 7, it reports failure of J2534, and I can't find a valid device to use. See screenshots in attachment.

Hi,

we don´t know your RAFT software tool, but it looks like it needs a J2534 PassThru interface. As a first step, please install the PassThru driver from our website, and configure it to your needs.
