After installing the CCT Software (see the Conformance Test Tool manual for more information), 
you simply have to copy files COTI.dll and PCANBasic.dll, which is also part of this package, 
to the installation directory of the CCT software:

"c:\Program Files\CANopen Conformance Test Tool" (32-bit System)
or
"c:\Program Files (x86)\CANopen Conformance Test Tool" (64-bit System)

Without any extra work this will connect the first PCAN-USB interface to the CCT Software.

It is also possible to use any othe PEAK-System PC CAN hardware like the PCAN-PCI/PCIe based interfaces.
You only need to have access to your Registry Editor on the PC, to set other CAN hardware Types as default Interface.
