HMS Networks has taken the next step in integrating PEAK-System Technik GmbH by presenting PEAK as a product brand within the HMS family. Following the 2024 acquisition, PEAK now adopts HMS Networks’ corporate design while keeping its core products, values, and customer contacts unchanged.
The refreshed look switches PEAK’s former red-and-black styling to HMS blue and white. The PEAK logo remains recognizable and now includes the addition “by HMS Networks,” linking it clearly to the group’s portfolio of Industrial ICT brands.
The unified branding improves orientation for customers and reflects the benefits of integration, including access to global development resources and HMS’s worldwide sales and service network. “PEAK remains a strong brand with its own identity - now clearly embedded in HMS,” said Christian Adolph, Director Marketing, Business Development & Technical Support.
With the new look, PEAK and HMS underline their focus on future-proof hardware and software for automotive, medical, and industrial communication, continuing to promote the claim “#1 Choice for Engineers.”
