From 2 November 2026, HMS Networks will handle order processing and shipping of PEAK-System products. 

Orders received by e-mail or through ERP systems will be forwarded to the HMS Networks sales entity closest to you. Orders placed in our online shop will be processed by HMS Networks in Sweden. The e-mail address order.peak@hms-networks.com will be replaced by ordermanagement.emea@hms-networks.com.

Instead of PEAK-System, your quotes, order confirmations, and invoices will name the relevant HMS Networks legal entity as your contract partner. HMS Networks' Terms of Sale will apply from then on. Please ensure that your supplier data for the HMS sales entity is updated according to the details in your next order confirmation. For verification, you can find a list of all HMS sales entities on our Locations website.

All items will be shipped from the HMS warehouse in Halmstad, Sweden, so shipping and handling fees may change. Stock information on our website may not be available for a while.  

Blackout Period: 19 October to 1 November 2026

To allow for the system transition, there will be a blackout period from 19 October to 1 November 2026. During this time, no goods will be shipped and no orders will be acknowledged or confirmed. The online shop will also be unavailable.

Orders confirmed for delivery on or before 16 October 2026 will be shipped as planned from PEAK-System in Darmstadt, Germany.
